Torre Oterra was a project undertaken as part of my BIM for Civil Engineers Certificate. In this project, I assumed the role of BIM Engineer.
This project had a production time less of four months including everything that we will see in this presentation.
The OTERRA TOWER Project consists of a 6-story building and a semi-basement, with a total built area of 3,284.5 m2 and is located in San Luis de Potosí, Mexico, exactly on Avenida Villa Magna Sur No. 840 M-147 L-4 .
